REFUND POLICY

We believe 100% in our services and products and strive daily to make you happy and ensure a seamless experience. However, we understand that it might not work for everyone. If you are unhappy with your subscription or encounter an issue that we cannot resolve, making the system unusable, we are happy to offer a refund.

How to make request for refund?

Steps to Submit a Request:

  • Keep your order ID (Transaction ID) handy.
  • Send an email with the subject: “Refund Request” and include a clear description of the issue you’re facing and the reason for the request.
  • In some cases, you may be required to provide proof of the issue, and we will provide our findings as well to explain our decision transparently.

Conditions:

    • Allow Us to Resolve the Issue:
      Refunds for technical issues will only be processed if you allow us the opportunity to resolve the problem adequately. If we cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours, a refund will be issued.

    • Refund Timeframe:

      • Refund requests can only be made within 72 hours from the purchase date.
      • For payments made via credit cards, the refund may take 20 to 31 business days to process, and in rare cases, up to 90 days.
    • Partial Refunds:

      • If the subscription has been used for a certain period before the refund request, the cost of the smallest possible period (1 month for 1 device) will be deducted, amounting to $9.97.
    • No Refunds in the Following Cases:

      • If the user is unable to set up their device or apps. While we provide technical support, we cannot guarantee setups in all circumstances.
      • If certain channels freeze, buffer, or are temporarily unavailable. These issues are often due to:
        • Internet fluctuations on the customer’s side.
        • Issues with the device, apps, or general setup.
        • Problems with the ISP.
        • Temporary downtime of the channel from the server.

In Case of Issues Caused by Us:

If the user cannot access their subscription for more than 48 hours due to a server or technical issue on our side, we will either:

  • Fully refund the subscription.
  • Or extend the subscription duration with additional free time and bonus compensation as agreed upon.

Additional Notes:

  • All refund requests are handled by our payment processors, and we have no control over the time required to process refunds.
  • Our support team is available 24/7 to assist with any inquiries or issues.
  • If the customer refuses to allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue, a partial refund will be processed, with the deduction of $9.97 (the cost of 1 month for 1 device).
